You must provide the complete patient room number for accurate delivery. The room number must start with a letter. If you do not have this number, you may call Patient Services to obtain it at 216-444-2200.

Please call our shop directly for SAME DAY DELIVERY or SPECIAL ORDERS for items not seen on this site. You can reach us at 216-444-1700.

We are not permitted to deliver to Intensive Care Units and certain patients may have delivery restrictions. For patients not be permitted to receive floral delivery, you can contact our shop directly to arrange for a balloon bouquet or magazine and snack gift bag.

This product is marked as "free shipping" and is only available for local delivery to patient rooms. When checking out, you will be asked for a shipping address, but that will not be used for the delivery of this product - the room number specified on this page is where it will be delivered.

We will deliver orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is available to the following buildings:
     - Main Campus
     - Taussig Cancer Institute
     - JJ North Building
     - Crile Building
     - Intercontiental Hotel
